Designed to fix onto a ClaviBrace® gilet for the purpose of preventing extremes of arm movement.
The gaitor was developed with the help of top shoulder surgeon MR IAN BAYLEY after event rider Tina Canton broke her collarbone. It gave her the confidence to get back to competition four weeks earlier than would ordinarily have been possible.
Made from highly breathable fabrics, the gaiter attaches to the inside of the gilet and restricts potentially damaging arm movement, providing the confidence and safety to return to sports sooner.
Mr Bayley is now prescribing the gilet and gaiter to patients to ensure best outcome and speed rehabilitation following shoulder surgery.
